We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

Can I get a refund?

Because products are digital downloads, all sales are final by default. However, if a product is significantly broken or misrepresented, contact support within 7 days of purchase.

How do I become a seller?

Create an account, then go to your dashboard and click Apply to Sell. Fill in your portfolio and experience — our team reviews applications within 2–5 business days. A seller account is also required to offer services or apply for jobs.

How much does ModForge take?

Accepted Answer

30% on digital products (you keep 70%), 35% on game server sales (you keep 65%), and 30% on services and dev-for-hire work (you keep 70%). There are no listing fees or monthly charges.

How do I get paid?

Add your payout details in Dashboard → Settings, then request a payout from Dashboard → Payouts once you are above the minimum balance. Payouts are sent via PayPal or Stripe.

Do I get lifetime access to my purchases?

Yes. Once you buy a product, it stays in your account forever. If the seller releases updates, you'll get them too.

How does escrow protect me when hiring a developer?

Accepted Answer

You pay into escrow rather than paying the developer directly. ModForge holds the funds while they work, and they are only released when you approve the delivered work — or automatically after the auto-release window. Either side can raise a dispute while funds are held.

Question 9

Can I move a licence key to another server?

Accepted Answer

No. Licence keys are single-use and bind permanently to the first server or Roblox place that activates them. Running the product on another server requires a new purchase.
